On Saturday July 8th about 75 people from the PeaceWorks community came out for an afternoon of live music and awesome BBQ. We also sent off our delegation to meet with our partners in Nicaragua. So far this year we’ve sent more than $65,000 to our Nicaraguan partners to support key projects and help them meet unprecedented operating challenges. Around the time leading up the delegation we raised another $47,000. Our people-to-people solidarity work remains strong!

So, even if you couldn’t make it, raise a glass to celebrate the work we’ve accomplished together.
