We cordially invite you to a special PeaceWorks LUNCH FORUM on standing up for immigrant rights in NJ. We hope you will join us for an afternoon of good food, community building, and solidarity.

- 1-2pm: Tacos!
- 2-3pm: Guest speaker: We’ll have an immigrant rights advocacy organization will update us on the status of immigrant arrests and detention in NJ, sharing stories of local families.
- Advocacy opportunities: We will learn practical ways to support detainees and their families, and those at risk of arrest. (protest, accompaniment, donations, etc.)
- 3-3:45pm: Dessert & TAKING ACTION: We will write postcards to NJ senators and representatives and make protest signs.
Let’s stand in solidarity with our immigrant friends and neighbors! People to people. Pueblo a pueblo.
